So let me give you a brief C.V.

My Name is James McKim and I am the owner of Coach Me 2. I formed the business in 2005 after a period of reflection on where my career was going.

I have been involved in the Direct Sales Business for 20 years having started as a salesman with a double glazing company. Within 2 months I was the Branch Sales Manager and in 1993 I joined a large Plc organisation rising to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the South West of England. I was responsible for 5 Branches with a combined sales target of £ 5 million.  The Home Improvement Industry is widely regarded as being the toughest sales environment where only the very good sales people prosper.

After a successful career in this environment I realised that I needed to expand my skills base and so I registered with Europes largest training provider ( The Coaching Academy) and studied for Diplomas in Personal Coaching, Corporate & Executive Coaching, and Business Coaching.

With these new skills combined with my sales training knowledge and skills, I decided the time was right to set up my business and thus Coach Me 2 was formed.

Since its inception I have been privileged to provide a range of courses and workshops.
